This appears to be Sarah's death - https://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=141163093&ref=acom  The parents' names mentioned there match what is on her death record.  She died Dunmore, Pennsylvania, and the informant for the death certificate was Wm. R. Jones, 1302 Marion.
