In 1861, living in Leicester, she gives her birthplace, as Strood, Kent

They had Harriet Kate, in 1846, Crediton, Devon.
They had Richard John, in 1850 Strood, Kent

I am not able to locate her, in 1851.

I think I have them in Canal Road Frindsbury Kent staying with her brother John and family, which includes their mother Sarah.

We have seen this record, but it leaves us wondering, where are the children ?
Harriet would be 5 and Richard, about 12 months old.

Also husband, is Nicholas, born Torquay, Devon, c 1814

We have now found the Baptism record, for Richard John Middleton, 1850, abode given as Frindsbury

The census pages we see were copied/transcribed from the individual household pages and can contain errors and sometimes omissions. 

Do any of the other Bradley family details match what you may have for Catherine?

If so then it could be possible the transcriber, in attempting to fit this large household on the page has unintentionally missed some out and confused the father for the son.
