James Mogers correct parents

Can anyone help in clarifying the parents of James Moger who was baptised 30 Jun 1805 at St Mary the Virgin, Charlcombe, Somerset?
I also have a James Moger born ca 1798 in East Harptree, Somerset; parents were Edward & Nancy Ann Moger nee Clerk.
Are these two James Moger the same person?

Ann Bond Moger bapt 25 Oct 1801 St Michael Bath had parents James & Dorothy  :)

Mothers name was Dorothea Maria Henrietta Bond; known as Maria Moger. :)

John Moger baptised 5 Dec 1832 at St James Bath; mother Hester Gurn(s)ey who ALSO married a James Moger 15 Dec 1815 St Swithen Walcot Bath.

They are definitely different people (see pages 9 and 17 of the notes I sent you on the descendants of James and Edward Moger).
The East Harptree James was christened 26th June 1798, at the neighbouring parish of Litton, and also buried there on 1st September 1801.
Whereas James of Charlecomb died in 1866 in Sydney!
His brother, Charles Bond Moger, vanishes from the record after a reference to him as living in Bath in 1830, when the estate of his grandfather was settled. He does not appear in the 1841 Census for Bath, or in the Bath Directories. I also failed to find any trace of him in the antipodes.

I have found out that a James Moger was born ca 1778 in Stoney Stoke, Wiltshire and may have married Hester Gurney?
