Seeking an obituary for Howard

After searching various forums and newspaper archives I have had no luck in finding an obituary for Howard Virtue Snook who died 21 Dec 1964 in Amersham General Hospital.
As H. V. Snook was Chief Eng. Air Ministry Works Director in 1939 and decorated with the O.B.E in December 1945; he was then Chief Eng. Bomber Command, Royal Air Force; I thought that the search would be lighter.

Can anyone do a search at Amersham Library or the Buckinghamshire Local History Centre for me as I am not living in the U.K.?
