Lost in 1901

Francis Hodkins PALMER born 6 Mar 1897 Barrow in Furness is with his parents Thomas Tyson Palmer and Mary Elizabeth in 1911 in Bowness on Windermere. Parents and other siblings appear together on the 1901 census but no FRANCIS
Please can anyone help me find him?

There is a four year old Frank Palmer born Barrow in Furness who is a 'visitor' with Thomas and Agnes Swainson in Lancaster in 1901. RG 13 / 3990 / 134 / 14

Thank you I wonder if its him looks likely Its just the odd way the family uses all their second names that makes me wonder though.I'll check through to see if there is a relationship with the SWAINSONs
