A simple Word 2016 question *COMPLETED*
« on: Friday 07 April 17 11:51 BST (UK) »
I am trying to produce address labels with Word 2016.  I have chosen the label format (L7163), and get a page layout full of labels (14, as expected), but when I get to the bottom it does not seem to want to give me a further page.  If I go to the last label and hit Ctrl+Return, hoping to skip to a new label, it doesn't have the desired effect.

My question is "How to I create a document of 15 or more labels?"

Thanks in advance

Not sure if it's the same in 2016, but 2013 when you get to the last label, and have entered the details, just hit the TAB key and a new page opens.

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

Are all the address labels the same as you could just print page 1 twice

Mail merge might work for longer lists

Thanks BumbleB.  That works fine and looks like just what I need.

Best wishes
