Hi

What kind of information?  Please tell us what you already have in the way of BMD/Census info etc so we don't waste time duplicating

Where did the marriages take place and do you have a copy of either certificate showing her fathers name?

We are not sure of the spelling of her surname...can't find her on 1841 census....unsure of where and when she was born and names of her parents....so apart from her husbands basically we need to know everything haha

Both marriages were in Leicestershire - see freebmd.  She was Chaplin on the 1851 entry and he was Alcoat

On the 1868 entry she is Allcoat

Her father was named William but again because we are not sure of the spelling of the surname don't know what her mothers name was. We only know he was William because of the marriage certificate

Just looking at the birthplaces you gave and although they are both in Warwickshire, Withybrook came under Foleshill Reg District but Wolvey came under Hinckley

You said in your reply above

unsure of where and when she was born and names of her parents

Then

Quote
Her father was named William.  We only know he was William because of the marriage certificate

She married as Chaplin - not Chaplain so where did the other spelling come from?

What was her fathers occupation on the marriage cert?

So where did Withybrook & Wolvey come from as her birthplaces?

Have you looked for her on the 1871/1881 censuses which are free here

Her father was a stocking maker
It says Chaplin but on her sons birth certificate it says Chaplain
The Withybrook and Wolvey come from the census...the only one we don't have is the 1841

The marriage entry says Chaplin, but she signs as Chaplain.

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
