THOMAS WRAY OF FERMANAGH IRELAND
« on: Saturday 08 April 17 05:41 BST (UK) »
In 1824 my 3 G grandfather, Thomas WRAY was a teacher in Coolcrannel, County Fermanagh Ireland employed by the Hibernian Society.  He married in 1828 at Galloon.  I am wondering how old you had to be to qualify as a teacher .  I have no idea when Thomas was born or when he died.  After his wife Mary (nee MORTON)born 1805, died in 1842 two daughters were placed in Lisenaskea Workhouse.  The eldest son , William was sent to Canada.  The youngest, Alexander may have also gone into the workhouse.  I don't know what happened to Thomas.  Any leads greatly appreciated.
