Lance Corporal (one stripe upper arm), two wound stripes (lower arm vertical stripes) (first came in in mid 1916).  Lower arm stripes pointing up are good conduct stripe, three indicate he has served over 12 years so presumably a regular soldier. 
Cap badge looks like Army Service Corps but there are other similar ones so not sure.  He has shoulder titles on the shoulder strap, can't make it out though.
