It would appear that Bainbridge Hood was the proprietar of The Pack Horse in the Market place in Beverley, according to this list:

Of course, if he owned property there should be a summary Registration Memorial/s of the Deed, probably still at the East Riding Records Office?

I've had copies of my relatives Deed Memorial Registrations for Selby from WYAS. However, they need the date, volume (usually lettering) reference, page and folio numbers, from their Index, they hold.

At WYAS they cost £10 each property for Copy page/s, but the Search to get the Volume references now costs £20 for 30 mins. So the b&w photocopies can be pricy, but it depends on what you want and what your budget is.

I have posted here with the references, so anyone ordering registration copies from the Register of Deeds entries, shouldn't have to pay Search Fees, to find the references.

It doesn't seem to mention the Inn, so if he purchased the Inn, it might be another Registration?
