Not sure about the Scotland bit for Richard's mother's birthplace, as I have her down as born in Bermondsey.  However, nothing is impossible...

I'm struggling to find 'son' John Sparrowhawk at the moment.  Can see him on the census records, but not a birth for him.  Will keep looking, but if anyone finds him, please let me know!

Richard is the right one, the other two are cousins of his and already accounted for.
I think Mary (Walding) Sparrowhawk died in 1860 (as Mary Ann Elizabeth).

Ellen Sparrowhawk is also an issue.  Can't help think there's more going on here...
