Looking to find any information contained within the  following records...

I know that my Kelly ancestors inhabited Clonfeacle around this time, hence my interest in this fellow.

As I say, any information would be good, but specifically I'm hoping there will be a mention of the  townland within Clonfeacle he was born. Something that will help me tie this Kelly to my Kelly ancestry.

Can anyone help?

***Edit: There is also a William Kelly who served in the 6th dragoons between 1800-1814
