Not sure that I understand what you are asking here? And capital letters don't make it any easier?!
JOSEPH HOOD & SARAH MOORE         DIED
30.09.1843   SEDGLEY
Who died in 1843? Joseph or Sarah?

MMN MOORE      BORN
JOSEPH   D.Q.1845   DUDLEY
JAMES   M.Q.1849   DUDLEY
EMILY   D.Q.1850   DUDLEY
JOSEPH   S.Q.1852   DUDLEY
EMILY   D.Q.1854   DUDLEY
ANN   D.Q.1856   DUDLEY
DAMARIS   D.Q.1858   DUDLEY   M.Q.1861   DUDLEY
HARRIET   M.Q.1861   DUDLEY
DAMARIS   S.Q.1863   DUDLEY   M.Q.1869   W'HAMPTON
I presume the 2nd column is birth dates, and the 4th column is death dates?
It's not clear from your post.

Were these children of John & Sarah (not possible if one of them has died) or siblings?

Hi, sorry for any confusion. Joseph Hood married Sarah Moore in 1843. They had the children listed. Yes one or two may have died between census but parents were alive when census were taken but cannot find on 1851/61.

Joseph Wood    33 - furnaceman b Warwickshire
Sarah Wood    27 - b Sedgley
Caroline Wood    6
James Wood    2
