I can't find any trace of Robert's parents, but he died in 1754. He was buried at Leek 20/7/1754. His daughter Mary died unmarried at age 42. She was also buried at Leek 8/5/1820.
regards.

I can't see any baptism for Anne Hunt either, in the Leek area, for the timescale to be married in 1739.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

If Robert Pimlott was buried in Leek I wonder if there was a gravestone and if there was any extra information on it. I don't think the graves in St Edwards churchyard are online but there is a catalogue of the graves in the church office. I am on holiday in N Wales at the moment but when I get back I'll have a look

I have been to St Edward's churchyard and there was a grave there for Robert Pimlott and his wife Ann.  There was also a grave for John Pimlott and his wife Mary.  Unfortunately it didn't give any names for Roberts parents but according to the dates on the headstone he was born in 1707.  I'll send you a PM with the details and some photos
