As you can see the Stewart family are found in Rutherglen at 1851 & 1861
As mentioned previously, Elizabeth's mother, Ann Stewart, Maiden Name Wiggins died later that same year.
On both these returns, Elizabeth's place of birth shows as Ireland, rather than Scotland which is stated on her 2nd marriage certificate
I don't see the family in Scotland at 1841 which infers that they moved from Ireland to Scotland between 1841 and 1851.
Elizabeth's info also shows that she was born between 1834 and 1838
