The 1871 Census that I found with a Annie Williams may be the solution to the puzzle.

FreeBMD has a Henry GRIMMETT Marriage Reg 1848 Dudley/
Ann WILLIAMS on same page..

If I can find that Marriage and a Thomas Williams to a Willetts  and match them as Siblings we may be on to something.

Cant find a 2nd Marriage to a Mary Ann Willetts though

Mary age 6 in 1871 seems to have no Mothers mn on Reg;

Ok, I may have mucked this up as something is strange here as FANNY Williams Death Reg is 1867 s (age 37)
