Comment in Margin

Can anyone tell me what this says?  It is written in the margin after an entry to the Irish Birth Register:

It is Entry No 26.  I can't make it into anything except the registrars initials at the end.

Error in Copy only for me too

Add - I think seventeenth has been crossed out and sixteenth written over in Col 1

Yes, I had noticed that in the first column too, but again, couldn't really make it out to be 100% certain.

is fairly standard wording on these little typo type errors. You come across it quite often, here is another example
