Marriage in St St Albans 1790
« on: Thursday 20 April 17 19:22 BST (UK) »
Hi

I have been trying for some time to trace the origins of my ancestors Levi TAYLOR and Elizabeth DIMSEY who married in St Albans 1790. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank You

David Taylor ;)

Did they die before 1841?

Have you traced any burials for them to establish their ages

Hi

Based on their deaths, both would appear to have been born c1767. I was hoping that with new records going on over the last 10 years they might have come to light.

Regards

David ;).

Hi David

Whoops, I forgot to say that all info is from H.A.L.S.
[ Herts Library Service (Hertford) ]

https://www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/services/libraries-and-archives/hertfordshire-archives-and-local-studies/hertfordshire-archives-and-local-studies.aspx
then make your selection

Or alternatively, what I use . . . . .  [ HALS Online Names ]
https://www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/ufs/ufsmain?ebz=1_1492766007488&ebd=0

It can be very worthwhile spending the odd hour/day/year browsing the names (AND archive section)
[ be creative with spelling ]

HALS has a number of very helpful people.
