Hiya,
First UK Appeareance was in June 1888,mentioned as young Dutch violinist,
numerous reports in Newspapers 1891-1899.
1889 Professor of Violin and Viola at RIAM, in Dublin Ireland
Married 1896 Julia Marie Atchison, Kensingston London.

Any help would be most welcome in discovering his family in Holland.

Theodor Werner (Amsterdam, 1863-Lleida, 1927), violinista. Als 17 anys anà al Reial Conservatori de Berlín, on estudià durant cinc anys amb Josef Joachim i coincidí amb Enrique Fernández Arbós i Fritz Kreisler, entre altres. Oferí concerts a Europa –en alguns d’ells acompanyà Pablo de Sarasate al piano), Austràlia i Amèrica -on se li oferí ésser primer professor de violí del Conservatori de Filadèlfia. Com a conseqüència de la Primera Guerra Mundial va venir a Espanya. Passà temporades a Balaguer, on conegué Nadal Puig, amb qui realitzà concerts diversos. A la seva mort, Puig se’n feu càrrec d’alguns dels seus objectes personals

It says he went to Berlin aged 17. A search here turns up a possible:

Werner, Wilhelm Theodoor, b. 1863 - appears to be the son of Johann Hendrik Fredrick Werner and Maria Katherina Jackel - a note in his record has a date from 1883 and 'Berlin' - recording his move?
