any help with pic of Cyril evans

hi was wondering if anyone could tell me any thing about this pic all I know is name Cyril evans born 1910 Abertillery, Monmouthshire, Wales hope this is the right place to ask thanks

I've tried to straighten him up a bit, but you really need to scan it rather than re-photographing it, so closer detail can be seen.

He is a member of the Territorial Force Monmouth Regiment.  The badge is that of a Welsh Dragon.  He may well be a part-time soldier in the 1930s or potentially a cadet in the 1920s.  he is a bugler of course.
