Actually, Scribble, it's perhaps a good idea not to stay permanently signed in on your iPhone.  The websites I use are on my pc, which never leaves the house! Obviously it depends what you use the internet for, but I would never stay signed in to anything that would show personal information without some security first.

That's good advice, as if you lost your phone anyone would be able to get on to your sites. Not too much of a disaster if it was a site such as Rootschat, but more of a problem if you were signed into something like Amazon.

My browser remembers the sites so I get automatically signed in but as FS says it's on a home computer, not a good idea to stay permanently logged into anything on your phone/tablet.

I'm so suspicious not only do I use different passwords EVERYWHERE, but I always sign out of every site! On every contraption.
-Heaven knows what'd happen if I forgot them all .... no list and no easily got-at way to retrieve them

I only use my iphone to reply to a post, not to initiate a thread.

When I have to re-register it is on my laptop or ipad.

Anybody esle having this problem.
I sign in ,next minute I am for some unknown reason not signed in.
Or my password is not correct.
Or I am a Unknown
I have just tried to  sign in ,message appeared we have
just had a security upgrade please sign in again.
I tell you i am very lucky to be writing this message is it
my iPhone?

If you pressed your "back" button to exit the signing in page then you have returned to the previous page. So not signed in after all.

Same happens on the laptop as I have found on several occasions.

"I don't ever sign out but sometimes when I log on I get "Hello guest  please log on or register".

Not a problem but I do wonder why."

That happens to me. It seems to be my browser that clears my history more

frequently. So I'm assuming there is some connection.

I do the same, but you can only stay signed in for 1440 mins then you have to sign in again. As I just had to do.
