Charles HOWLAND b. 1829 Lenham, KENT & wife Emily

Looking for help with Charles HOWLAND b. 1829 Lenham, KENT.
His parents are John & Ann HOWLAND.   His mother Ann died 1837 Hollingbourne.
Charles HOWLAND b.1829 had siblings Sarah b.1821, Mary b.1822, Esther b.1825, Newman b.1827, Eliza b. 1831 & Alfred b. 1835.

In the 1861 Census, Charles HOWLAND b. 1829 is with wife Emily and children Wm b. 1853 & Rebecca b. 1854.  In 1865 they have a daughter Emily Sarah and I have details of their families.

Charles HOWLAND died 1905 Chatham & Emily HOWLAND died 1899 Medway, Kent.

According to the Census, Emily, wife of Charles HOWLAND is born c1827 Chatham.

Can anyone help with a birth for Emily or a marriage for Charles HOWLAND to Emily.

The GRO gives the mothers maiden name of William 1853 and Rebecca 1854 as Smitherman.
There is a marriage for an Emily Smitherman, 4qtr, 1852, Medway (vol 2a, page 500) to a Charles Howley or James Gleeson.

An Emily Smitherman baptised at Chatham, 8 Mar 1829, to William and Rebecca.
