Hi Jo, With the GRO index, is it just births and deaths you can research.   Not marriages?

Just wondering where you found the marriage of Charles & Emily 1852 Medway.  Was that GRO or elsewhere.   I can't see that marriages are on GRO - just checking to make sure.
I realise the certificate is on CityArk.

The marriage was on FindMyPast when I searched Emily Smitherman, the GRO references were also given there.
