Don't appologise Lu I wouldn't have known about John and Eliza if it wasn't for you.

I recently showed the family tree to my 80 year old Aunty and the memories came flooding back to her. She said "Oh and I remember dad talking about the Prestons". She also remembers visiting Emmeline and phoebe lane in St Kilda (Jack Lane's daughters) both long past away now though.

I have a feeling I have a lot more interesting things to uncover about mysterious John.
