I had relations living there in the 1850-1900 s

Have you looked at the adjoining pages on these census to see which streets it is close to.  At the start of each census area there is generally an enumerators route which is handy for getting a rough idea as to where places are.

There were 2 such places in London!

White Hart Court, Shoreditch was renamed Redvers Street in 1912.
White Hart Court, Newington was renamed Farrell Court, also in 1912.

To reiterate what rosie99 has said, if you've found these 19th century relatives on the various censuses, try "walking the streets" either side of their address for clues.  Chances are that White Hart Court might have been a yard associated with or fairly close to a White Hart pub.

Bloomfield Road comes up as a Tottenham address on the 1939 register on FindMyPast.  The map shows it just north of Bruce Castle Park and east of Tottenham cemetery.  Possibly renamed as Tebworth Road, the map is a little unclear.
