Ho everyone.  I am making some inquiries on behalf of another person.

Isabelle Jennison Casley died in Yarrawonga in 2010 under her married name Gruchy.  Her husband Philip Gruchy had died earlier in 2005.  It appears that Isabella went by the nickname Jenny.

I have seen a tree on Ancestry that indicates her parents were James Cecil Casley and Isabelle Black. Philip and Isabelle appear on the electoral roll in Melbourne suburbs from 1949.

In particular I am looking to verify Isabelle/Jenny's place of birth.  Any assistance is appreciated.

Her parents were married in 1918 in Victoria.

Birth registrations are restricted for 100 years in Victoria and I note her husband was born c1921.
