GG Uncle Bill and Uncle warren photo's eaten by dog
« on: Thursday 04 May 17 13:07 BST (UK) »
I'll be working on these myself, but since the forums are slow right now I thought a good challenge could be accepted. It's another from mom. There was a bag of photographs torn up by the dog; 28 family photo's . They were originally in 6 and 13 different pieces, but I have put them back together as best I could.

Again, do not feel obligated to do them because I would also be working on them here and there to fill the void between forum posts and I know they will be hard, at least for me.

Note, the were scanned at 2400dpi but have been sized down. If larger dimensions would make it easier they can be added.

Had a go at Warren. Time permitting I'll try Bill; I think it would/will take me forever. Great job, Handypandy. Cheers, Peter.

Thanks Peter.... its one that I wouldn't mind revisiting. My eyes were starting to buckle, as when I've been staring at it for a while, its sometimes difficult to identify which bits are damage or detail.

Those are all much better than mine, very much so. I feel these are way past my skill level right now. They are also ones that i'll  be returning over and over again as I learn new techniques and improve on those I've learned so far.

My try. To emphasise that this was as much a creation as a restoration I've given Bill a doghouse down the slope behind the garage. Cheers, Peter.

I've visited this one again, as I mentioned before, with a few slight revisions.
