Hi would love to help but by the 1841 census I cannot locate any Boulton/Bolton families in Gas Street, Leicester, just what is the relevance of Gas Street?

Gas Street shows up as the address where William & Elizabeth were living from correspondence in 1832. Their son Joseph was transported to Australia then but I am trying to find more information about the family or any other descendants in England.

There is a death notice in the Leicester Mercury dated 3 Jan 1852: On the 30th, aged 65, Elizabeth, widow of William Boulton, Green-street.

In 1851 Elizabeth is living at 10, Lower Green Street, St Margaret with son-in-law Thomas Green 29, his wife Ann Green, also 29, and 3 children.   Elizabeth is a pauper seamer aged 63, born Littlethorpe, Leics.  HO107/2089/343/41

She was buried 4 Jan 1852 at Welford Road cemetery, Plot I869.

Although Plot I869 is a common grave it looks like some other members of the Green family are buried in the same plot, so just in case any of the other surnames connect back, here is the full list:

16 Nov 1854 Stillborn child of Eliza Hollins of Richard Street, St George
16 Nov 1854 Michael Green aged 10 months of 10 Lower Green Street, St Margaret
11 Jun 1861 Emma Green aged 6 weeks of Gravel Street, St Margaret
03 Nov 1877 Clara Ellen Boulting aged 1 of Little Brunswick Street, St Margaret
08 Aug 1899 Sarah Ann Richardson aged 44 of The Workhouse
09 Apr 1914 Helen Giener King aged 32 of 127 Lansdown Road
