Hi BBaxter

Glasgow Evening Times - 10 Aug 1961

At The Royal Infirmary, Glasgow, on 9th August, 1961, Annie Wilson, 24, Rosebery St., Glasgow, G.5., beloved wife of the late Phillip Burns.

An acknowledgement in The Glasgow Evening Times, 12 Aug 1961, doesn't give any other family information, apart from Ward 6, in the above hospital.

This paper and the Glasgow Herald can both be searched free on line

Hi Barbara,

Do you have a tree on Ancestry?  Just wanted to check before I gave you your own information from it!

Kind regards,
Andrea

Thank you for the reply Anrea,

I do have a tree on ancestry so all set there. My brickwall is finding my Grandmother's half sister, Ellen Hannah Burns or Wilson. Think it is going to be tough as she moved to Belfast and married there. Thank you again, really appreciate your advice, Barbara

Thank you Lismore,

Really appreciate your help. It was wishful thinking that the obit would have more information about her children but every little bit helps. Thank you again, Barbara
