Where is this seaside bandstand?

John915, how did you ever realise that what I called a folly was part of the building?  From Jen's picture?  Thank you so much to all.  I don't remember going, but I am convinced that it was Bognor.  I even sent the photos to the local Bognor paper, and within minutes the chief reporter went out side and sent me a photo of how it is now.
