I suspect if there are, their publishers will have tied their hands with respect to the intellectual property rights, such that they are not free to do so even if they were otherwise favourably inclined towards your request.

You don't have to write a book to be 'published'
I'm sure there are many RCers who have written articles for their local FHS magazines, etc.

I sure have.  But they are family history, i.e. what people said and did, rather than genealogy which is just dates etc. What are you really looking for?

Do you mean articles about their own family history or a book about "genealogy" in general?

Is it only articles you are enquiring about or other publications such as books?

You still didn't tell us do you mean genealogy - i.e. how to do things / dates and names etc.

family history which is stories about families/ ancestors - .

I've had 5 or 6 of the latter published in various FHS magazines/journals, over the years.
