Wheelwright's "truck" 1850s

This is an advert for the sale of my gg grandfather's tools of his wheelwright trade and stock in 1857.

Amongst the items listed is "truck nearly new", I'm trying to work out what would be. Maybe a hand truck for moving heavy items or it is a tool ?  Any wheelwright aficionados out there ?

A wheeled vehicle for carrying heavy weights; variously applied.
  a. A strong flat open trolley for carrying blocks of stone or the like; a lorry.
  b. A light two-wheeled hand-propelled vehicle; a hand-cart.

Probably just a truck, as Stan says.

It is probably just a trolley but it seemed rather prominent in the list and "nearly new" seemed to suggest it was a bought item rather than something he'd knocked up himself.

I wonder if it is a local term for truckle,  derived from the shape of a cylinder of cheese,  on youngtugs link you can see a wheel in the making, mounted on a large cylindrical piece of wood which looks exactly like a large cheese.

mazi - I see your logic but a "truck" being "nearly new" would seem of little consequence if it was just a lump of tree trunk as after a decade of use it would be barely "run in"

youngtug - well that's probably the most comprehensive list about any trade on the planet and still no "truck".  Does rather point to it being something generic and not a wheelwright specific item.
