Received the following today from RAF Museum

"Thank you for your enquiry.
 
War Cas HE Accts usually stands for War Casualty Home Establishment Accounts.  GGL 1893 is the code for the Authority which confirmed that death was presumed on 22.1.45.  Unfortunately the detail of what the Authority codes stand for has been lost. "

Unless someone has a copy of these codes hidden away it looks like this is as far as we get!
