Could be Shanklin? The problem with piers is that they change over time, with bits added or removed or completely rebuilt.

Here are a couple of old pictures of Shanklin pier. Looks good but some of the on pier bits are different.

I have to say they are all very similar, but I think the end building's roof is different, but that's not conclusive of course.
