Hi,

Welcome to RootsChat  :)

Would this be the birth of Elizabeth? -

Elizabeth Willmont Lambert
q4 1891, Monmouth
Vol 11a Page 40

If so should the middle name be Willmont or Wilbert? Also where have you found Elizabeth in 1907?

JJ

It should be Wilbert. We have the date of her birth etc (1891) but unable to find any information about her ( my great Grandmother) after 1907. Thanks for your reply.

Who did your GGrandmother marry?

I presume you would like to find her on the 1911 census, unfortunately we are not allowed to conduct 1911 look ups (RootsChat policy)

My grandfather was born in 1907 and she registered his birth but he was told she had died at childbirth which was clearly incorrect. The 1911 census for the family indicates that one child had died and we worked it out that it was Elizabeth as we found records for the other siblings. I cannot find a marriage or death certificate or even a gravestone in the Mitchell Troy area where she came from.

Have you looked for Elizabeth on the 1939 register? Her baptism records her birth date as 7 November 1891.

Was your grandfather born in Monmouthshire?

Unable to find anything in 1939 for her. Unfortunately my grandfather and his mother's siblings have all passed away so unable to take that route. The 1911 census says that one child died and it all points to her. I have viewed various Elizabeth Lambert records but nothing matches.
