St. Margaret's Church, Hucking, Kent

Does anyone know if there are any burial records from the 17th century still in existence for this church?
St Margaret's was more of a chapel connected to the parish of Hollingbourne and I understand that the Staple family of Hucking favoured it for their burials.
This family has links to my ancestral family in Staplehurst so I would like to find out more about them.

According to FamilySearch:
- Their film covers burials 1560-1712, film number 2354913 Items 2 - 8.
- Microfilm of original records at the Centre for Kentish Studies in Maidstone, England.

So either order the FS film for viewing at your local Family History Centre or contact The Centre for Kentish Studies.

That's absolutely brilliant Peter. One of my queries was about John Staple who married into my Love family in 1678, as two years later it appeared that his widow had married again. Short lived that marriage! Anyway, as I couldn't find a burial for John I couldn't be sure. You have answered that query, so now I can add that to the family tree and have a look into the rest of the family.
