Can anyone please help date this photgraph taken by Winterhalter Leeds

I have no idea who this person and there is no guarantee that dating it will help ..... but it might! 

From the clothing and photographer details can anyone offer their opinion?

If anyone fancies a guess at the age of the subject that too might be helpful.

Kelly’s Directory of Leeds 1888 has Hubert Winterhalter at 86 North Street.

The 1881 and 1891 censuses have him as a photographer living in Cobourg Street, which is not far from North Street.
RG11/4525 folio 48 page 7
RG12/3697 folio 63 page 2

This site suggests he was active in Leeds 1881-1897.

There's a likely death for him in 1896 (Wharfedale RD), but that's not to say the business didn't carry on after that.

The photograph looks somewhat earlier to me - I would guess from the clothing 1860s or early 1870s. The age if the sitter is difficult but I would think 45-55,

The cardstock is a late 70's -early 80's design, however the picture is earlier. I would agree this is 1860's.
So a later reprint.

I saw this one earlier  and thought the clothing didn't fit with the cardstock so I left it for Jim as I guessed that it was most probably a reprint.
