Help needed please, Death Sarah MURLEY

Sarah Cousins, married Henry MURLEY, in 1878, in Godney.
They had children, in
1878, 1879  ( died ), 1881, 1883, 1885 ( died ), 1886 and a Frank, in 1890 

In 1881, they are on the census.
In 1891 Henry is a widower, with 4 of the children, in Godney.

Frank the youngest, born 1890, is in Wells workhouse.
In 1901, Frank is living with Henry, in Godney.

I cannot find a death for Sarah.
Presuming, she died 1890 to 1891.

What is Sarah's birth year, please?

Frank's birth was registered in the March qtr 1890 but he could have been born late December 1889.  He died in March qtr 1915.

Sarah could have died between late Dec 1889 -March 1891 but I can't see any obvious death for her

Cannot see that death on free bmd, which could be the cause of the problem

That's odd as the only one of Freebmd that I can see is this. Coincidence isn't it?
