Religion?
Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to research, and you feed him for a lifetime.

Hi Janicer
Welcome to Rootschat
there are 121 people named Clements in Tyrone on the 1901 census LINK

www.irishgenealogy.ie has civil records for the area but is not searchable by location
Dungannon is the nearest Civil District for records but many are not yet readable on-line
Of those that are you will need to open each one to view and see if the people are from the area
