Family Search shows Elizth Bibby, b1816 in Portsmouth, wife, in the 1871 census.
Please can someone read the original and tell me if her husband is on the previous page.
I think I have found her in 1861 but the name there is Eliza, born Stockport.
Is her name clear in 1871? Could it be Eliza and not Elizth?

No, her husband isn't on the previous page. The name is very clear - Eliz with th written in slightly smaller letters.

Eliza died 1892 in Stockport (FreeBMD)
I found her in 1891 b1812 in Portsmouth.
This confirms that Elizth should have been Eliza.
Her husband was Jeremiah, not at home in 71.
