Can't find "NEW TOPIC" button on one of the boards

I'm trying to post a new topic on the For Sale/Wanted/Events page, but I can't find the button to make a new topic. Is there something I have to do first?

I think you have to have made a few posts elsewhere on rootschat before you can post on that board.

Are you useing a I Phone as I sometimes have a problem with missing buttons on New Topics.
I find if I Log Out and go back this works sometimes.
