Deciphering baptism record

I am trying to read a baptism entry for Ayr, which I assume I cannot post here as it might constitute copyright infringement.

Could someone with experience reading these documents help me with this?

Since the other entries on the page start with either "Son naturall" or "daughter ...", I assume this one must start with "Son lawful", but I can't actually decipher what is written. Does that sound correct?

It also appears to refer to "att Syminton": would this refer to the town Symington, about 10 miles from Ayr?

The mother's name appears to be Jonet: was this a first name in Scotland or should this in fact be Janet?

I think it says 'sone law[fu]ll'. There is a line through the 'll' of lawful which could be a contraction mark indicating that the preceding letters are missing.

The other questions I have are :

• Is the father a weaver or am I misreading this first snippet here?
• It says the child was baptised on Sunday "thereafter"? The second snippet shows "after" preceded by perhaps some kind of abbreviation?

Another curiosity is that it clearly says he was born on Tuesday 20 December 1681, but 20 December 1681 was a Saturday! I can't explain this.

It is weaver.

The "y" is an old way of writing "th" and was pronounced "th", so it is th[e]r[e]after.
