My Ipad will not let me see anything when I click for more info.

Sorry, I have not explained that very well ???
If I am in Facebook for example, when I click on the link for more info, nothing happens, the little circle just keeps turning.
Sometimes it works ok, and I can see the info when on my pc.
I am technically inept I'm afraid, so any suggestions need to be in very simple terms and steps :-[

Do you get a similar problem on opening links on other websites too?

Are you definitely connected to the internet at the time?

Mine does that if I'm not,and it will often switch itself to being connected and then seconds later lose the WiFi connection.

Are you saying that sometimes you can't open something on the iPad that you can on the PC? I often get that with links on FB, it then sometimes says that the iPad doesn't have the necessary software to download it, or the "wheel" just keeps spinning. It opens perfectly okay on the Macbook.
