It was photocopied a while back while the toner was low. The owner of the photo has now passed away and I have no idea who will have received the original picture.

Did what I could, but do not know how to fix scan lines. I tried every little trick known to counter it but nothing worked in the end; though I managed to clone stamp the door way, but using the same idea with the rest did not work and/or looked unacceptable.
If a task is once begun never leave it till it's done. Be the labor great or small, do it well or not at all.

Yet another attempt! I'm not sure this is any better, because now it has introduced artifacts (ringing) at the sides.
If anyone wishes to use either of these results as a starting point - feel free.
