I've done what I could on this will. Still need some help toward the middle. Here's what I have thus far after the standard intro. The last part is in Latin. Not sure if it adds anything or not. Your help will be appreciated:

Woohoo! Thanks HD. I thought about some of those words...but wasn't sure. I'm getting better. The "wellbeloved" had me. And, capitalizing of Tutor made me think it was a surname!

I've been doing this one for a cousin, taking a break from my MERRIE, MERRYE, MERRY Band!

It's not clear to me exactly how he has contracted the word written as comoditie.  Normally it would be
com(m)oditie, but his contraction suggests he has omitted an a or u.

I would transcribe George's surname in the main text as Lynes.

Yes, my bad on that one. It's another one of those that you can't keep up with the spelling on. It is everything from LIONES, LYONES, LYNAS, LYNES, LINESS. You are correct on this one, though.

Many thanks to all, including the summary translation of the Latin at the end. My cousin was very interested in the translation of the name of the farm, as she has a map with the farm names cited (although they can change over the years).
