Re Peter Church b.1790s

Hi,
I am helping research Church familytree for a friend and have a query is this my Peter Church?
On 1841 census H0107/817 Page 4 living Chain Lane Peterborough ( Ag labourer)
On 1851    "       H0107/1747 Folio 462 Page 27 Burtons Row Peterborough (drover/Draper not clear)
On 1861    "       RG09/966  5  Page 3  he is down as a drover lodger with Sykes family but born Bury St Edmund's Suffolk?

I realise the enumerator can only go by what he is told But is this my man as it is the only one I can find.
Can anyone put a fresh pair of eyes on this for me?
