Maybe      . . .  I think I would have guessed a little older . . .  but I may have the dates wrong for the photo.   Fairly close though I would guess

You say the younger ones are living . . .  can you not ask them?

I don't see my mums ..cousins too far away  communicate by phone 

But will ask my mum ....the photos are small and faded but maybe now I've learnt to zoom she will be able to distinguish them .

    Are they on email?   You could email the photos to them.

 is there a button which says attachments on email .?.. I'd have to learn a different way to do it

There is usually a paperclip or something like that  (down the bottom on my computer) to click on for attachments.

I couldnt get emails on my tablet but sent a pic via messanger to mum s cousin
hope she got it

  and on whatssap to a cousin who lives with his mum but the pics were too small and bad resolution on whatssap ..she had no ides

Youngest aunt has no idea who anybody them are

Even her cousins tho agrees eldest girl may be her sister hazel

She was quite young when the elder ladies died in 1945 remembers the names but not how they were created or who was who

But one lady looks like her aunty Lucy who was born 1900  she's the one on left in my avatar


Any resemblance ? I agree that the photos with girls was early 1930.',s  ladies on bench 1940 .... maybe someone will remember when the dog died

What a coincidence that that was her proffession too

I've just had contact from another family connected to Henrietta LEA  via yet another step famiy

 (it was a very re reconstructed family in all 3 generations) Henrietta s mother had 2 husbands and there were step children and half siblings

Henriettas husband had three wives or two and a mistress
..she was the second ..and he couldn't marry the third til she died !


Henrietta was a step mother on that side and their were some memoirs of her days working in theatres but they don't have any photos. At least i.can share the two ladies on the bench one .

I BELIEVE at least one of the ladies with the children is her .
