To Everyone that has helped me.

I got the information from my cousin.
I do apologise as the birth date, it was actually his baptism date.

Thank you

no will showing on the Cornwall Record Office catalogue

http://crocat.cornwall.gov.uk/DServe/searchpage.htm

There's a Thomas Goldsworthyat Trewennack on the list of voters in 1832, qualifying by the freehold property he occupied

His marriage record from FamilySearch

if there are documents which the record office hold that you would like copied, you can get that done

http://www.cornwall.gov.uk/community-and-living/records-archives-and-cornish-studies/enquiry-and-copy-services/

That includes documents that you can find in the catalogue but also copies of parish record entries, if they're not on FamilySearch. The opc database has transcribed many of the records and is an ongoing project.
