1841 - ages can be rounded down to nearest 5 in this census.

This is the required form for a name given in Baptism.

Some friends of mine in England had three children, and as each one approached its first birthday their dad went to the Register Office and added an extra name.  He did this partly because the law permits it, but also because 'you can't tell who they're going to be when they're new'.

The parents are not Christian, but no-one at the RO mentioned baptism anyway.

The present certificate makes no mention of baptism it just says "Name entered after Registration", however the 1836 Act says "Baptismal Name, if added after Registration of Birth". Section XXIV
