Hi Annie

Going back to my previous post I asked if you could supply other details from the death certificate as that would definitely help towards proving he is your man. The death certificate would hopefully have the number of years in Australia as well as his wife's name and any children. Usually the certificate has place of marriage but have never purchased one where the deceased was married elsewhere.
This would help prove they are all the same person.

Regards
KK

My Edward Patrick Ryan died 5 April 1944 in Brisbane Mental Hospital aged 56. It doesn't give mention of family on there only who the informant was.
The surnames, which I am interested in are; Maternal side: Ryan, Kevin, Grant, Grady, Gleeson, Walsh, Dwyer, Paternal side: O' Dwyer, Woodlock, Rochford & Britton - all in Tipperary; and Kelly and Hoynes in Laois.

Ryan, Campbell, Luttrell, Grant, Grahame, Bainbridge and Brown in Queensland, Australia

Tighe in Victoria, Australia.

Grant in Philadelphia, Sullivan and Penny in New York; and Britton in Connecticut
